Refund Policy
Digital products: due to the nature of instant downloads, refunds are generally not available once access has been delivered.
1) When refunds may be granted
- Duplicate purchases (proof required).
- Product not delivered due to a technical issue we can’t resolve.
- Exceptional cases at our discretion.
2) What is not refundable
- Change of mind after download/access is provided.
- Issues caused by third-party services (API keys, provider outages, rate limits, policy changes).
- Misconfiguration or usage outside the documented setup steps.
3) How to request a refund
Email us at simplycomplexsolutions@proton.me with:
- Order email + order ID (from Gumroad)
- Product name
- Reason for request
4) Payment processing
Payments are processed via Gumroad. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method according to Gumroad’s processing timelines.
