Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of digital products, templates, and services provided by Simply Complex Solutions ("SCS", "we", "us"). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.
1) Digital products
- Our products may include automation templates (e.g., n8n workflow JSON), documentation, and related digital assets.
- Delivery is typically via download link or email after purchase.
- You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your systems (n8n version, APIs, credentials, etc.).
2) License & permitted use
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, your purchase grants you a non-transferable license to use the product internally for your own business.
Agency/commercial use may require a separate license (see License).
3) No guarantees
- Automations depend on third-party services (APIs, email providers, CRMs). Those services can change, rate-limit, or fail.
- We do not guarantee specific results (revenue, leads, bookings, etc.).
- We may update templates over time, but we do not guarantee lifetime compatibility with all third-party changes.
4) Support
Support availability and response times may vary and may differ between products/tiers. When included, support is provided best-effort and focuses on template setup and intended functionality—not custom development.
5) Refunds
Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered. See our Refund Policy for details and exceptions.
6) Prohibited use
- Do not resell, redistribute, or share templates publicly unless you have an explicit license permitting that.
- Do not use our products for unlawful activity (spam, fraud, unauthorized data collection, etc.).
7) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
8) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the products after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
